Rent is collected on the 1st of every month and all cheques should be cleared by the 5th. Our accounting department will ensure that the calculations are correct before depositing the money directly to your designated bank account on or before the 15th of each month. RE/MAX Crest Realty has a trust account for property management. At Yolk Home Rental, you can choose to hold the deposit(s) or have us keep the deposit(s). Any deposit being held should be returned to the tenant in full with interest (specified by BC government, which has been 0% from 2009 to now) within 15 days after the tenant has moved out unless the tenant agrees in writing to allow the landlord to keep all or part of the deposit or an arbitrator orders that the landlord may keep the deposit.
