We keep our fee structure very simple. The one-time setup fee is $50. We find good tenants for you at a competitive rate of 40% of the first month rent, due only after we have placed your new tenant. For the excellent rental management services that we provide, the fee is 8% per month with a minimum of $100. We have a valuable add-on program called Officer Inspection Package which include having a retired police officer inspecting your rental unit every 3 months at $300 per year. All fees are subject to 5% GST.
Then, that’s it. There is no renewal fee, vacancy management fee, and other fees involved.

Our focus is to find or keep long-term tenants for residential rental properties. We do not do industrial, commercial, strata, or short-term vacation management.
Tenant Procurement includes rent assessment, rent report, photos, rental marketing, tenant screening, lease signing, deposits collection, and move in inspection.
Proper Management includes being the sole contact point for tenants about the property, rent collection, financial reports, monitor violations through annual inspections, address problem with tenants, arrange repairs and maintenance, and move out inspection. We also coordinate the eviction process.
